A 45-minute vinyasa flow for all levels. Vinyasa flow is a step-by-step approach to yoga, focusing on the union of the breath and movement of the body. With an emphasis on correct alignment, students work to build and maintain strength, energy, and flexibility. Please have a yoga mat ready for use during class. All levels welcome.
