We all have inner superpowers. Often they are found in unlikely/unexpected places. Superpower yoga is an empowering series of yoga classes that supports and inspires women to embrace and cultivate the superpowers within them.

This 3-part series includes 3 consecutive, weekly 90-minute yoga classes. Classes are composed of 60 minutes of yoga focused on embodying superpowers followed by 30 minutes to journal and process using prompts created to help you take your superpowers with you off the mat.

SPECIAL GIFT: Each participant will receive a free Girl Fight notebook and pen for use during the journaling portion of the classes.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring a mat if you have one. We'll provide the rest!
