Train the RIGHT way for a 5K race -- with an experienced coach and a structured training plan to get you to the finish line. 

This is a beginner program and no running experience is needed. 

10-Week Program includes:
  • Weekly Group Runs
  • Weekly "Homework" Training Plans
  • Support, Guidance, and Accountability 
  • Race-Day Support and Encouragement (end-of-program race participation is optional)
