This 45-minute small-group training class is limited to 6 people or less.  

We'll focus on the lower body in this circuit-style workout, using tools like Bosus, resistance bands, and other equipment and drills to really target that area.  You'll get much more personalized instruction and individualized training due to the extremely limited class size.
