Understand your body's needs and fitness progress in the best way possible with a full body composition analysis.  Weight alone does not tell the whole story; the best indicator of your progress is the measurement of percent body FAT (not just overall weight).  And although some bathroom scales can do their best to give you an estimate, the accuracy threshold can be significantly low in a home setting.

In this analysis session, you'll have your body composition measured by a trained professional using an InBody body composition machine (one of the most complex tools for body composition measurement outside of an expensive laboratory).  In less than 15 seconds, you'll receive a detailed printed analysis of your body composition (by body part), including:
  • Skeletal Muscle Mass
  • Percent Body Fat
  • Body Fat Mass
  • Basal Metabolic Rate
  • And more!
Additionally, your InBody professional will use your results to give you a personalized consultation so that you understand exactly what to do in order to achieve your goals, including working on any imbalances, prioritizing muscle development to key areas, and/or focusing on fat loss.

The best part is that your results can be measured over consistent time intervals in order to ensure you're on track to continued progress.

Important: In order to ensure the most accurate results possible, please follow these recommendations before your scan:
  • Abstain from eating a meal or drinking large amounts of fluid 2-3 hours before your scan.
  • Drink adequately throughout the 24 hour period before the scan to ensure normal hydration.
  • Avoid exercising 12 hours before the test.
  • Avoid caffeine within 3 hours of the test.
  • Empty bladder at least 30 minutes before the test.
  • Avoid alcohol within 24 hours of the test.
