Sledgehammers, battle ropes, and tires, oh my!  This 45-minute outdoor workout will make you feel like a bad@$$!  Join us for a total-body workout appropriate for all levels.  We'll use equipment we can't normally use in the studio and you will leave feeling tough, empowered, and strong!

Since we're outside, please wear a mask until you're in your socially-distanced (at least 6 feet apart) workout space.  Once you're in your spot, the masks can come off!

Important:  
  • Please bring your own workout mat for this class.
  • Outdoor workout is contingent on weather.  We may cancel if the weather is inclement or unsafe and will notify those registered via email and text.
