- All levels can benefit from this workout!
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a 45-minute, low-impact class designed to help women build functional strength, improve mobility, and develop better body awareness. Each session works through intentional body weight movements, balance training, and targeted mobility exercises that challenge your stability and deepen your connection to how your body moves. All fitness levels welcome.
WHAT TO BRING
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring clean sneakers to change into upon arrival. A water bottle is a good idea to stay hydrated while you exercise. Any additional equipment needed for the class will be provided.
