Participants can sign up for either session OR both sessions. Each registration only counts for the day/time you're booking for.  To book both sessions, you need to register for each individually.

Push your limits in this high-intensity strength and conditioning workshop designed to build power, endurance, speed, and total-body performance. Experience explosive workouts and fast-paced circuits in an energetic, motivating environment suitable for intermediate to advanced levels of fitness.  Each workout is 45-60 minutes long (including warm-up and cool-down).

PREREQUISITE
Due to the more advanced nature of this class, participants should be physically prepared for quick movements and transitions (including getting up from the floor and back down again), intense cardio and strength work, and some higher-impact plyometric movements.  We recommend beginners, those returning to exercise after a long break, and/or those who need low-impact modifications contact us before registering for this workout.

WHAT TO BRING
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring clean sneakers to change into upon arrival.  A water bottle is a good idea to stay hydrated while you exercise. 

We will have all other equipment you will need for the workout.
