Yin yoga embraces the qualities of softness, stillness, and grounded calm through long static holds. This style of yoga targets connective tissues using intentional, slow movement, leaning into tension to find release. Yin yoga soothes the nervous system and is the perfect antidote to pressure, rush, and overwhelm. This workshop will include breathwork, yin postures, and meditation. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.
