This intermediate course builds on the foundation of Self-Defense 101, focusing on kicking techniques, identifying critical targets, and effectively using your legs for defense. Empower yourself with confidence and enhanced techniques to stay safe and in control.
WHAT TO BRING: Please wear comfortable workout clothes; while this isn't a "workout," you'll need to have full range of motion since we will be practicing the movements on pads and punching bags. No boxing gloves are required. Please bring clean sneakers to change into upon arrival.
