We all have inner superpowers. Often they are found in unlikely/unexpected places. Superpower yoga is an empowering class that supports and inspires women to embrace and cultivate the superpowers within them. 

This 90-minute class includes 60 minutes of yoga focused on embodying superpowers followed by 30 minutes to journal and process using prompts created to help you take your superpowers with you off the mat. 

WHAT TO BRING: Bring a mat if you have one, a journal to write in and something to write with. We'll provide the rest!
