In this workshop we will learn the skills needed to help with pelvic floor dysfunction. This could be either from a tight pelvic floor (our marathon pee-ers and butt squeezers) or a loose pelvic floor (if you jump or laugh or cough and you pee a little this is you). This workshop will include both core and glute exercise that will help either loosen or strengthen the pelvic floor. We will also go over diaphragmatic breathing and yoga techniques that will help stretch out and help you gain control back over your pelvic floor.
