This 45-minute station-based workout will help you burn fat and build strength at the same time!  You'll move rapidly through a circuit of movements that work your body in different ways, using a variety of equipment like punching bags, kettlebells, battle ropes, and more!  The workouts are fast-paced, never boring, and adjustable for all levels.
