This 45-minute small-group training class is limited to 6 people or less.  

We'll use strength and power movements to focus on making the body work better as a unit.  We'll work everything from top to bottom using a variety of equipment and drills -- workouts will be different every single time.  This workout also focuses on overall core strength, balance, and stability.

You'll get much more personalized instruction and individualized training due to the extremely limited class size.
