In this workshop, we will define the area of the body that is your core. Most of us have weak core muscles because our bodies are lazy and like to place most of the heat on our bigger muscle groups. You will learn how to engage your core fully and the muscles surrounding it for better hip and back function and to create better exercise flow with every exercise you do in class and outside of class.
