In this workshop, you will learn the basics of weight training. You will learn the different types and ways of weight training, its importance, and how it will improve quality of life as we age.  We'll go over the mechanics involved in weight training, the importance of maintaining appropriate form, the importance of stability while lifting, the proper way to breathe, and the use of tempo while performing repetitions to meet desired results.
