In this workshop, we will focus on exercises to improve balance, agility, and speed. Balance exercises will help with general balance for those that have difficulty with single leg exercises or lunges or just feeling overall unbalanced. Agility and Speed exercises will help with when you need to change direction fast, walk on unbalanced sidewalks, or general life activities that can be uncertain. This workshop will be about improving your quality of life.
