In this workshop, we will go over exercises that help with injury prevention in and out of the gym. We will also focus on exercises that help with the functionality of your body so you don’t have any problems with day to day tasks such as getting up and down from the floor, reaching for things, bending down, lifting things, getting out of bed, etc. This workshop will give you the tools to stay healthy and mobile for life.
