In this 45-minute class, we'll do a 50/50 split of kickboxing for fitness and self-defense combat training.  During the first half, we'll focus on movements that improve strength and endurance, while the second half will focus primarily on self-defense instruction and practical hand-to-hand combat skills.  All levels are welcome and space is limited.  Please bring boxing gloves to use if you own them.
