Give yourself an extra challenge with this 45-minute endurance-based boxing class.  The rest intervals are shorter and the work intervals are longer, but you can still go at your own pace and modify as needed.  Each workout is a mix of kickboxing combinations on the heavy bag and floor exercises designed to increase your strength and cardio.

Note:  Due to the faster pace of this class, we highly recommend that participants have taken at least 5 kickboxing classes before trying this workout so that they are familiar with the moves.
