In this 45-minute class, we'll focus on the best way to recover from our efforts in the gym. We'll perform joint-strengthening exercises, stretches, deep-tissue massage using the foam roller (if you have one), and mobility drills that will promote quicker recovery and also help to alleviate nagging pains and aches.
