This is an ONLINE class.  After registration, we will email you the link to join the online class.  Please be sure to download Zoom to your computer or mobile device prior to class start time.

In this 45-minute class, we'll focus on the best way to recover from our efforts in the gym.  We'll perform joint-strengthening exercises, stretches, deep-tissue massage using the foam roller (if you have one), and mobility drills that will promote quicker recovery and also help to alleviate nagging pains and aches.
