Train the RIGHT way for a 5K race -- with an experienced coach and a structured training plan to get you to the finish line. This is a beginner program and no running experience is needed.
This group will train for the Charlton 5K on Saturday, June 2 as the goal race and its final meeting (no group held on Sunday, June 3). Race participation is entirely optional (race registration fee not included).
10-Week Program includes:
- Weekly Group Runs
- Weekly "Homework" Training Plans
- Support, Guidance, and Accountability
- Race-Day Support and Encouragement at the Charlton 5K on Saturday, June 2 (race registration not included in program fee).
NOTE: There will be one weekend TBD when the group will not meet. Instead, your instructor will provide you with a homework workout to do to keep you on track with your training plan.
