Total Body Ladder offers a new challenge, in a good way! The structure of the class will be focused on a “ladder” style workout including bodyweight moves and the option to incorporate kettlebells.
Ladders have been described as “some of the best ways to get strong”. You can expect 2-4 ladders in the workout that will support you to build strength and/or endurance.
A “ladder” in this workout will be an ascending ladder done at your own pace making it a great personalized workout in a group setting. An ascending ladder will ask you to perform a move for 1 rep, then 2, then 3 and so on with options to rest in between (making it more personalized to your needs).
It’s a great way to “fit more in the time we have” and reach your fitness goals!
