This is an ONLINE class.  After registration, we will email you the link to join the online class.  Please be sure to download Zoom to your computer or mobile device prior to class start time.

In this 45-minute class, you’ll be working the upper body with weights/bands while mixing in tried-and-true conditioning exercises to help you learn to control your heart rate, breathing, and exertion levels. Proper form will help you build the muscle you’ve always wanted, which helps you burn the calories and excess fat that you don’t! 

This strength building class allows you to slow down and appreciate how the body works while working on the lean muscle that will give you more confidence in every aspect of your life. 

To keep proper form during this class you will need to use a mirror you have handy or the video while we work. Please ensure your camera is ON so the trainers can ensure form is correct to avoid possible injury.
