This 45-minute small-group training class is limited to 4 people or less.  We'll use strength and power movements to focus on making the body work better as a unit.  We'll work everything from top to bottom using a variety of equipment and drills -- workouts will be different every single time.  You'll get much more personalized instruction and individualized training due to the extremely limited class size.
