Barre is a 45-minute workout that combines ballet-inspired movements along with elements from dance, Pilates, strength training, and yoga!  In a Barre class, we focus on high reps while having small ranges of motion.  The benefits of Barre are toning and strengthening your muscles along with improving your posture, which leads to a long, lean form.

Note: For this class, we'll be using the punching bags for balance like a "Bar"!
