In this 45-minute workout, you'll get some cardio and build some muscle! High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) allows you to keep your heart rate in higher zones for short periods when compared to traditional "steady state cardio," maximizing your fat burning when you're short on time. When paired with kettlebell weight training, this makes for a great workout that builds strength and burns calories.
